Julian Back - Managing Director

Julian’s passion is recruitment. He actively listens to client's needs and strategically fills roles with candidates they never knew existed. He has successfully filled roles in numerous industries and sectors in both unionized and non-unionized environments. He is professional, adaptable, resourceful and strongly believes in client satisfaction and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Julian is also passionate about community. He loves engaging with residents and building relationships as a community leader in the St. Clair West neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario. He curates, moderates and administrates a robust community Facebook group with over 6000 local members and he has actively worked to improve the community through the organization of a safety audit and by co-leading the Feel Good Lane mural project where 40 walls and garages were painted with street art.
